Lifestyles of Prehistoric Coastal Dwellers in California

Archaeologists have discovered much about the North American Prehistoric hunters -The Clovis people-that lived in North America 13,100 to 12,900 years ago .They are believed to have come from Asia to Alaska via the Bering Land Bridge and then migrated southward. But not has been discovered about the lifestyle of coastal communities . The researchers discovered three archaeological sites on California’s Channel Islands containing projectile points and crescents , revealing their marine dependent hunting lifestyle.
