An article in Men's Journal indicates that the following three supplement are the most vital supplements for men, though men may consume sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables and other needed dietary substances yet,

Vitamin D3 supplement,
Omega-3-Fatty Acids
And multivitamin tablets are to be taken daily.
Researchers have that those taking these regularly are at lesser risk to develop stroke, arthritis, cancer , depression etc.
